Helping businesses prosper because their people work together with a common goal and "kindness" is always present.
In the spirit of reconciliation Kind Workplaces acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.

My name is Tracy Greer
I am the founder and Principal of Kind Workplaces. Prior to becoming a Counsellor, Business Coach Practitioner and Hypnotherapist, I worked in various senior management and business transformation roles for 25 years in the corporate sector. I have managed staff, delivered major projects and have worked closely with the Australian Public Service. I have a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Industrial Relations and HR Management and a somewhat vast collection of post graduate studies.
Having personally been subjected to bullying in the workplace, I bring understanding and empathy to my approach Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, I moved to property north of Canberra around 23 years ago where I live with my husband and a very cute dog. Apart from my work, my passion is traveling and exploring the world.
About Kind Workplaces
We don’t have to be best friends with our managers, supervisors, staff and other colleagues at work. What is vital is that we are respectful, considerate and "kind" to the people we work with.

Where people work together, the potential exists for personality conflicts, disrespect, bullying, discrimination, gossiping, badmouthing, toxicity and the list goes on. At times people may have other things going on in their life. Think depression, anxiety, grief, health issues, break-ups, teenage children, elderly parents, etc. They may not share this with their work colleagues although it may effect their work performance and/or the way they treat others in the workplace.

Kind Workplaces offers services to assist individuals, teams and businesses to be successful by embracing kindness to themselves and others. This can be achieved through making an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) available to all staff, workshops and training, business coaching and/or private counselling/hypnotherapy.
SERVICES
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)
EAP (counselling services) for smaller businesses that cannot afford the retainers charged by large providers or need 24/7 access but still want to ensure their staff can access the benefits of an EAP. This is a pay-as-you-use service.
WORKSHOPS & TRAINING
Cost effective and hands on workshops and training allows participants to learn practical skills that can be used immediately. Offering common workplace topics and ones that can be tailored to topics specific to particular workplaces.
BUSINESS COACHING
One to one coaching for business owners, managers, individual employees and/or teams to assist in working towards achieving personal development and business success.
PRIVATE COUNSELLING
Private counselling and hypnotherapy is available to all clients. Counselling coupled with hypnotherapy is very effective. Hypnotherapy can assist with addictions, anxiety, depression, PTSD, fears, phobias and many other issues.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)
Tracy offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which is a counselling service available to staff designed to assist and improve the mental health and well-being of employees and create a happy and productive workplace. It is not limited to workplace issues, it is also useful for personal problems that could be impacting performance at work.
An EAP appointment is completely confidential*. It is paid for by the employer and is generally on a short-term basis for 3-6 appointments. The client's name is not identified within the invoice provided to the employer and no counselling details are disclosed.
Under current taxation law, EAP for employees are fully tax deductible for employers (but always check with your accountant first).
Three benefits of having an EAP available to employees are;
1. A productive and KIND workplace
2. Attracting good staff
3. Retaining good staff
WORKSHOPS & TRAINING
Workshops and training courses are offered on a range of workplace topics or can be focused on a specific need and developed in conjunction with the business owner.
They can be conducted "in-house" at the workplace or at an agreed venue.
Workshops and training courses are generally 2-3 hours long. There can be as few as 8 participants and can also be held out of working hours such as evenings and weekends.
Workshops and training on common topics are offered where staff from other workplaces attend and are generally held in Bungendore.
Some current Workshops include:
1. Boundaries in the workplace
2. Good mental health practices in the workplace
3. Having difficult conversations kindly
4. Is my workplace toxic?
